Event rules

Each participant in the event must register separately.
Registration for the event is only available through the registration form. Once completed, you will receive an email with the summary of your registration.
You can register without a partner, and we will confirm all registrations as long as the number of leaders and followers is balanced. If you are on the waiting list, you can find a partner of same level and let us know, or wait until we find one for you. If you sign up with a partner, must be at the same level to secure your spot.
Your spot is secured once we receive the payment for your registration, and you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number. Do not book your travel before receiving this email with your registration number.

Hotel reservations will be available once you have completed your event registration payment. After that, you will receive an email with the link to book your hotel room. Room availability is limited.
Hotel reservations and payments are handled individually. Bookings must be made exclusively through the registration form and are managed by the event organization, as the hotel does not accept direct reservations for the event. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, including Friday and Saturday. Optionally, you can reserve the night of Thursday under the same conditions. You will need to check-out on Sunday morning, as the hotel is fully booked on Sunday night. All extra charges incurred during the stay must be paid directly to the hotel.
If you are sharing a room, you must provide the names of your roommates. If you are unsure of your roommate, you can confirm this later. If your roommate cancels their stay, you will need to find a new roommate or pay the full room rate.
Room reservations automatically include half-board (breakfast and dinner).
If you are sharing a room, it is essential to provide the names of your roommates. Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with all the details to proceed with the payment.
If you don’t have a roommate, the room will be pre-reserved for 10 days:
– If you find a roommate, send us their name.
– If you don’t find a roommate, you can pay for the entire room or change the room type. Please send us an email with your decision.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation.
If you wish to stay additional nights at the hotel, you can book the extra nights through the hotel’s website or other booking platforms.

In the confirmation email, you will receive the necessary details to complete the bank transfer for both the event pass and the room reservation.The price applied will be the one in effect at the time of your registration.
Payment must be made within 10 calendar days from receiving the confirmation email to secure the registration price. 
In case of a delay in the hotel payment, the room pre-reservation will be canceled.
Any fees related to bank transfers or other payment methods will be the responsibility of the attendee.

If you are unable to attend the event, name changes for event pass and hotel reservations are allowed at any time without any additional cost.  It will be necessary to maintain the same role (leader or follower). Please send us an email informing the name and email address of the person who will be replacing you. The new attendee must complete the registration form, indicating your name, email, and registration number as a reference.
Please note that the organization will not issue any refunds. If you request a name change, you will be responsible for handling the sale of your pass and accommodation directly with the person replacing you.

Event participants attend classes, social dances, and competitions at their own risk. The organization is not responsible for thefts or personal injuries.
The organization reserves the right to modify any aspect of the event, including the schedule, instructors, competitions, etc.
Participants authorize the organization to take photos and videos during the event and publish them through any media.
Furthermore, participants agree to the collection of their personal data for registration purposes, which will be securely and confidentially managed by the organization.
