Event rules

Cancellation and Changes Policy

  • Please note that no refunds will be issued if you cancel your event registration. We recommend confirming your dates and availability before completing payment.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your pass or hotel reservation to another person by sending email to info@mediterraneanopenwcs.com up to 15 days before the event. Changes will not be accepted after this deadline.
  • For pass transfers, the same role (leader or follower) must be maintained. Please email us with the name and email of the person who will replace you.
  • It is important to note that the organization will not issue refunds. If you request a name change, you will be responsible for arranging the sale of your pass and accommodation directly with the replacement.
  • The new attendee must complete registration in DanceApp, providing your name, email, and registration number as a reference in the comments. Attention: online scams are common nowadays. To avoid fraud, make sure to verify all name changes with the organization before sending money to anyone.
  • Free or won passes are non-transferable.

General Conditions

  • Participants must follow the event rules, competition regulations, and the code of conduct. Participation in classes, socials, and competitions is at your own risk. The organization is not responsible for theft or personal injury.
  • The organization reserves the right to modify any aspect of the event, including the program, schedule, teachers, competitions, and more.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in case of low registration or due to force majeure (e.g., fire, storms, or other natural disasters).
  • Participants authorize the organization to take photos and videos during the event and publish them in any media.
  • Participants also agree to the registration and storage of their personal data for registration purposes, which will be handled securely and confidentially by the organization.
